Duty:
Daily 10 hour’s duty, after 10 hours additional per hour Tk. 60/- will be charged as overtime up to 16 hours.
Monthly basis Duty:
Monthly basis duty will be count Sunday to Thursday calendar based. 5 day in a week, 4 week in a month.
Starting and closing time& miles:
Starting and closing time & miles will be count garage to garage.
VAT:
Vat 15% & Tax 2% will be added with the body rent amount according to Bangladesh government rules & regulations.
Ferry & Toll:
Ferry, bridge toll and parking charge will be included with the bill as per actual rate.
Fuel:
The rate of fuel (Octane & CNG) may be charged on the basis of any price hike.
Driver Allowance:
Driver allowance is Tk. 200/- per day in Dhaka City and Tk. 1000/- per night for stay outside of Dhaka city.
Day trip / drop for outside of Dhaka city:
One day rent will be charged up to total ( up and down) 250 KM run and one & half day rent will be charged up to (up and down) 350 KM run of the vehicle. Others vehicle day trip/drop, Pick up, Covered Van, Bus, Truck etc charged will be negotiation basis on the time and place.
Requisition:
The requisition will be issued at least 1day in advance on a daily basis (10 days on a monthly basis), before the necessary services. If in case any program will be changed that information should be concern (phone/email) to the service provider 12 hours (daily ) and 5 days (Monthly) in advance before when necessary services.
Payment:
The payment will be made by cash or account payee cheque in favor of TRAVEL CAR BD within 1 week of bill submission.
Mentionable restriction:
Carrying of fish/meat/milk and any other igneous material is restricted.
Spatial situation
ln case there is a hartal or any unwanted situation Travel Car BD should assess the situation and give full effort to assign a car. lt will be assessed by the Service Holder. with other hire car companies. lf the situation expected more violent, Travel Car BD should inform the Service Holder. and might not require providing the car.
